 NOUN Ilorin Study Center Produces New President for CoNS NOUN Ilorin Study Center Produces New President for CoNS One of the branches of the most populated institution in Nigeria, the National Open University of Nigeria, Ilorin Study Center has produced a new female president for the Congress of NOUN Students, CoNS, Busari Rukayat Abolore. Rukayat who contended with one other student from Abeokuta Study Centre, Abdulyekeen Uthman emerged as the new president of the student National body at the 4th convention held in Bayelsa state. She is a 400l student of the biology department and will be the first female in the history of the association to emerge as president. The distance learning institution, the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) has more than 85 study centers in Nigeria. The 4th Convention was witnessed by the CoNS Stakeholders across the federation, delegates of the Bayelsa Government, NANS, and students of the NOUN.
