Egypt 2023: U20 Coach, Bosso Invites 35 Players to Camp Head Coach of Nigeria’s U20 boys, Isah Ladan Bosso has invited 35 players to resume camping in Abuja on Monday as preparations for this year’s Africa U20 Cup of Nations begin in earnest.   Goalkeeper Nathaniel Nwosu, who is also a number one choice for the Olympic Eagles, is at the top of the roster alongside midfielder Daniel Daga and forward Promise Bernard.  Sunday Dare Leads Ogbomosho Rockets to Debut Win Sunday Dare on Saturday at the newly reconstructed basketball court inside Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) led his pet basketball team, Ogbomosho Rockets to debut victory after beating LAUTECH Thunders (45-35). The warm-up game saw former D'Tigers captain, Olumide Oyedeji playing for LAUTECH Thunders while the Minister played throughout the first quarter for Ogbomosho Rockets. Elated Sunday Dare said some of the basketball players have been identified as good enough to play for the national teams soon. I am happy that I can give back to the community especially the youth on the University campus, the largest concentration of youth in this country are on the campuses. And you can see the talents.  Otunba Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke Memorial Cup: Egbedore United, Ilesha East Complete Semi-Final Pairings  All is now set for the semi-final of the Otunba Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke Memorial Cup, as Ilesha East and Egbedore joined Osun FA and Ila United following victories over their counterparts in yesterday's quarterfinal clashes.  In the first Quarterfinal played yesterday, Friday 6th of January 2023, Ilesha East defeated Ede South FC 5-4 on penalties following a 1-1 regulation time draw. Buhari Kamal's 39th-minute goal for Ede South FC canceled out Fanibi Oluwatosin 31st minutes goal, leaving both sides level going into the first-half break.  Otunba Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke Memorial Cup: Osun FA and Ila United Advanced to Semi-Finals  The Osun FA Team and Ila United sealed their qualification into the Semi-Finals of the ongoing Otunba Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke Memorial Cup on Thursday at the Osogbo City Stadium.  Osun FA Team, got past the more experienced Orolu United team 5-4 via penalties, after a highly tense game that failed to produce goals in regulation time.   Osun FA Team will now meet the winner between Ilesa East and Ede South, a game that would be played on Friday at the same venue by 10 am.
