ASIWAJU TRUMPET MAGAZINE BOUNCES BACK WITH BLAST ... AS PUBLISHER, (MR.NIGERIA) COMMENDS TINUBU'S FIRST POLICY

As part of activities marking the 2nd anniversary of Nigeria’s President, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu and the elected state governors in office on May 29, 2025 and Nigeria’s Democracy Day with the second anniversary of National and States Assembly members on June 12, 2025, the ASIWAJU TRUMPET MAGAZINE which has gone on recess after its maiden edition in March 2020 will be resuscitated and bounced back to the newsstands.

A statement issued in Abuja by the Publisher/ General Editor of the magazine, Hon. Abdul-Hameed Oladipupo Alli (aka MR. NIGERIA) stated that the return of the magazine is timely at a time that the renewed hope of the president's administration is really having positive impacts on the people especially at this time that Nigerians received a heartwarming new that president Tinubu has taken the bold decision to ban imported goods in his first economic policy.

Alli, who is also the publisher of Ilorin based Kwara People and NIMMA INT’L Magazines, said that though the Asiwaju Trumpet magazine made its debut five years ago in the build-up to promote Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu's presidencial aspiration which is now a thing of the past, the return of the magazine will no doubt go a long way in promoting the activities of this administration at all level of governance from the presidency down to respective states and the local governments administration.

As a former chairman of Ilorin West Local Government, Alli promises to capture already existing support groups and emerging new ones not only in different editions of the ASIWAJU TRUMPET MAGAZINE but also to bring them under one umbrella of a movement as members of each political support groups shall be represented in the mega support group known as the blow Asiwaju-trumpets the second term(BLAST).

Alli, who spoke on the concept of BLAST movement said that the BLOW ASIWAJU-TRUMPETS THE SECOND TERM (BLAST) is designed to the the mega movement of all support groups yearning for tge second term in office of our principal, it is an offshoot of the ASIWAJU TRUMPET magazine, which is a publication of TREASURY VENTURES.

He stressed further that the idea is to redefine the concept of support groups from mere political associations and inhect the renewed hope agenda among stakeholders or members to be more productive,be directly or indirectly gainfully employed especially in media related fields as efforts are in the way to establish the ASIWAJU TRUMPET ONLINE RADIO/ TV STATIONS with blasting impacts across the 774 local government councils in Nigeria where people will be gainfully employed while promoting the renewed hope agenda at the grassroots thereby bringing its positive impacts to the downtrodden.

Alli further said that the special second anniversary edition of the magazine shall be published in commemoration of the forthcoming democracy day on 12 June, 2025 while the activities marking the 2nd anniversary in office of the president and all state governors as well as legislatures shall commence with Courtesy Visits to top government functionaries from 15 May, 2025 while details of other activities for the celebration shall be released in due cause and the magazine formally launched at a proposed ASIWAJU AHMED BOLA TINUBU DEMOCRACY DAY LECTURE on June 12, 2025.

With the slogan " ONE GOOD TURN DESERVES ANOTHER", the publisher turned politician said that the formal launching of the ASIWAJU TRUMP Magazine and the "blow Asiwaju-trumpets the second term" (BLAST) will remain the most viable 2nd anniversary present for the President and other elected officers who were sworn in two years ago as he calls other well meaning Nigerians to join in blowing the Trumpets of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu louder than it was blown the first term in order to achieve the dream of BLASTING THE POLING BOOTS WITH OUR BLAST VOTES come 2027.

Alli, the Publisher of ASIWAJU TRUMPET MAGAZINE and Chief Trumpeter of the BLOW ASIWAJU-TRUMPETS THE SECOND TERM (BLAST) CAMPAIGN MOVEMENT is not only a publisher/ journalist but an author of four different great sons and daughters of Ilorin Emirate. His fifth biographical work is the biography of Emir of Ilorin's mother, Hajia Aishat Bolanta Sulu-Gambari titled: NMA- An Epitome of Royalty which will as well be launched later in the year.

Similarly, the publisher is remarkably known among others to have made history of becoming Nigeria’s Youngest Publisher and Africa's foremost Teenage Publisher at the age of 16 in the year 1990 after the earstwhile CLIMAX magazine edited by the then Queen of Junk Journalism, Moji Danisa, promoted his youthful interest in the media industry at such a tender age. He later got his debut Moral mag personally launched by the then Hon. Minister for Information and Culture, Chief Alex Akinyele, of blessed memory in 1991 while the then Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Ayanke Sinatu Aderoju Ojikutu and Alhaja Lateetfat Gbajabiamila, the then Vice-Chairman of Surulere Local Government and mother of the present Chief of Staff to President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila personally graced the second anniversary of his magazine, which took place at his alma-mata, Ansar-Ud-Deen High School, Falolu Road, Surulere, Lagos, in 1992.

The Publisher who was once the coordinator of the RE-BRANDING NIGERIA CLUB in Southern Africa region in the statement is requesting for sponsorship and congratulatory messages to further aide smooth production of the publication targeted at being distributed free of charge across formal and informal sectors of the society in Nigeria and abroad.

Alli, who is equally celebrating his 35 years in publishing later in the year simply describes the Asiwaju Trumpets magazine, as a publication dedicated to promoting good governance, democracy, and devel opment in Nigeria and it is one of the 35 projects being put in place to commemorate his 35th anniversary in publishing as well later in the year.
