Adamu Yola Unity Cup: Kalorgu United Faces Kaltungo Boys FC, Dinge Tackles Siyako FC  as QF Round Begins on Thursday 






Action will resume on Thursday 22nd December 2022 in the Quarter Final of the 7th edition of the Adamu Yola Unity Cup at the Chief Olusegun Obasanjo Stadium in Kaltungo Gombe State.


The first match scheduled to kick off by 1 pm will see Kalorgu United FC battle Kaltungo Boys FC, while Dinge Flying Bees FC in the second match of the day will file out against A. Siyako Foundation by 3 pm.


Two matches in the Quarterfinal will also be on offer on Friday 23rd Dec. 2022 Komta United taking on Mai Rana Boys FC in the 1 pm early kickoff Ayaba United FC face who knocked out Bare City in the Biliri derby will face  Highlanders FC Ture in the final Quarterfinal match on Friday by 3 pm.


The winners from this round of matches will progress to the Semifinal of the competition.


The Adamu Yola Unity Cup aims to promote peace in society and as well developing talent.

Kwara United GM Badawiy Banned for Two Years from Lagos Stadia

The Lagos State Football Association board has swiftly acted to address a blemish on the otherwise impeccable organization of the 2025 President Federation Cup finals, which took place last Saturday at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos. During the highly charged final match between Abakaliki FC and Kwara United, it was observed that the General Manager of the victorious Kwara United, Mr. Bashir Badawiy, violated the stringent security measures in place. He made reckless attempts to run and celebrate in front of the five state governors seated in the VVIP section of the stadium, thereby jeopardizing their safety as well as that of other prominent dignitaries and industry leaders present.
