Juve: Gianluca Ferrero May Emerge New President

Exor has indicated his name as the new number one of the Juventus club

There are indications that Gianluca Ferrero, accountant, auditor, mayor and director of various companies, will be the man that Exor, the holding company of the Agnelli family which controls Juventus, will indicate as president of the Juventus company in the next board of directors. "Ferrero - explains Exor - has solid experience and the necessary technical skills, as well as a genuine passion for the Juventus club, which make him the most suitable person to fill the position. Exor will communicate the complete list of candidates for the renewal of the board of directors within the terms of the law, i.e. 25 days before the meeting of 18 January".

Who is Gianluca Ferrero

According to Corriere Dello Sport, from the choice of Ferrero for the presidency, Exor's intention emerges to design for Juventus a strong board, with a technical profile, capable of dealing with all the legal and corporate issues in the various open proceedings. Therefore, the intention to have the new general manager Maurizio Scanavino concentrate on operational and management decisions is evident. Ferrero, born in Turin in 1963, graduated in Economics and Commerce in 1988, is chairman of the board of statutory auditors of Fincantieri., Luigi Lavazza, Biotronik Italia, Praxi Intellectual Property., P. Fiduciaria, Emilio Lavazza Sapa, Gedi Gruppo Editoriale, Nuo e lifenet. He holds the position of statutory auditor in Fenera Holding. He is vice chairman of the board of directors of Banca del Piemonte and member of the board of directors of Italia Independent Group, Lol srl and Pygar srl.

Kwara United GM Badawiy Banned for Two Years from Lagos Stadia

The Lagos State Football Association board has swiftly acted to address a blemish on the otherwise impeccable organization of the 2025 President Federation Cup finals, which took place last Saturday at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos. During the highly charged final match between Abakaliki FC and Kwara United, it was observed that the General Manager of the victorious Kwara United, Mr. Bashir Badawiy, violated the stringent security measures in place. He made reckless attempts to run and celebrate in front of the five state governors seated in the VVIP section of the stadium, thereby jeopardizing their safety as well as that of other prominent dignitaries and industry leaders present.
