Maolud Nabiyy: Hon. Adewoyin Felicitates With Muslims, Call for Active Participation in Electioneering Process

The Honourable representing good people of Oyo South Senatorial District in Southern Youth Assembly of Nigeria; Adekola Tijani Adewoyin has felicitated with Muslim faithfuls on the occasion of this year's Maolud Nabiyy in celebration of the Prophet's birthday.


In a statement by his media aide; Olusola Hammed in Ibadan on Saturday, 8th October, and made available to the newsmen, Hon. Adekola enjoyed the Muslim faithfuls exhibiting the good characters which the Prophet is known for, leaving with their neighbours in peace, loving one another, and giving to the less privileged around whenever they have a surplus which he said will make the society a peaceful one where people can sleep with their two eyes closed.


The former CoNS President reiterated his commitment to championing for the course of the needy in society and organizing programmes that will ameliorate the challenges his people are facing.


The certified broadcast Journalist cum youth leader however enjoined the faithfuls to actively participate in the next year's general election and make sure they vote for a credible, detribalized candidate who has a track record and has the charisma that can unite Nigeria in this trying moment of the country.


Hon. Adekola noted that it is very important for Muslim faithfuls to take part in the election of a set of leaders that pilot the affairs of each state of the federation and Nigeria at large.

Kwara United GM Badawiy Banned for Two Years from Lagos Stadia

The Lagos State Football Association board has swiftly acted to address a blemish on the otherwise impeccable organization of the 2025 President Federation Cup finals, which took place last Saturday at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos. During the highly charged final match between Abakaliki FC and Kwara United, it was observed that the General Manager of the victorious Kwara United, Mr. Bashir Badawiy, violated the stringent security measures in place.
