Emmzysports Sets to Launch Grassroots Competition In Ibadan

Publisher and CEO Emmzysports Oyeboade Emmanuel Oluwafemi is set to lunch the first edition of the Emmzysports Koller U-20 Football Championship which will kick off on Saturday  31st October through to 17th December 2021 at the field Olubadan Estate Football Pitch.



This competition will see twenty teams drawn in five groups of four teams each go head to head for the top prize which will be decided on the 17th of December 2021.




According to Emmanuel Oyeboade who is the brain behind the Tournament, he said the objective of the competition is to nurture and groom grassroots players across the globe in Oyo State.



He however stated that the reason for hosting this competition is to nurture and develop talent and allow them to showcase their talent and possibly get scouted to go play football professionally."




We will have some high profile dignitries available like Coach Oladunni Oyekale Crown FC Coach,  36 Lion FC Scout, Karamone FC Scout, Real Sapphire Scout, Team360 FC  Scout, Love Football Club Scout, and many more.. who will come to grace the occasion on the opening match and the finals.


The competition and scouting programme already has sponsors trooping in to bankroll it among which include Role Model Entertainment,  Al-Aliyah Hajj & Humuray LTD,  Godwin Aguda Wanbe and Joseph Atule.

Kwara United GM Badawiy Banned for Two Years from Lagos Stadia

The Lagos State Football Association board has swiftly acted to address a blemish on the otherwise impeccable organization of the 2025 President Federation Cup finals, which took place last Saturday at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos. During the highly charged final match between Abakaliki FC and Kwara United, it was observed that the General Manager of the victorious Kwara United, Mr. Bashir Badawiy, violated the stringent security measures in place. He made reckless attempts to run and celebrate in front of the five state governors seated in the VVIP section of the stadium, thereby jeopardizing their safety as well as that of other prominent dignitaries and industry leaders present.
