Super Eagles and Kaizer Chiefs of South Africa goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi stated that his mission is to help Nigeria qualify for the next world cup.

Akpeyi who was Nigeria’s best shot-stopper award winner at the inaugural Ballers Awards is grateful to God for another invitation to represent the nation. 

"I am always available for selection anytime my attention is needed, I am thankful to God and I will continue to do my best for my country".

 

" You know me, I have always focus on what I can affect and control, I try to stay focus and work harder in my lane to become better and stay in the game as long as I would love to without distractions".

In an exclusive interview with www.ckdmedia.ng, the former under 20 and 23 goalkeepers stated that the coaches know best for selecting him always for national duties. 

"When I get a call up to the National team, it only shows that the coaches must have recognized how much am doing in my silence and I can be of a great impact to the team and I’m always grateful for every privilege of this magnitude".
