Super Falcons Media Officer, Oluchi Tobe-Chukwu on Sunday in Abuja received an award of excellence for her contribution to the development of football and other sporting activities in Nigeria. 


Oluchi Tobe-Chukwu who is the Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O) of one of the leading Online Sports Communication Outfit, Tobex Media Services was rewarded by a notable sporting agency,  Success Tuyi International for her consistent contribution to the growth of sports, most especially Women's football in Nigeria and Africa as a whole. 


Tobe-Chukwu, who owns a master's degree in Communication Studies from the prestigious Lagos State University (LASU) has no doubt made remarkable achievements in various aspects of sports in the country. 


The Super Falcons Media Officer who was on national assignment in Austria with the Super Falcons stated that she is proud to be associated with organizers of such a laudable award.


"I am grateful to God almighty for this award and I thank the organizers for counting me worthy as a recipient of such prestigious award".


The Nigeria football legend award was presented on the 24th of July 2021 to the Super Falcons Media Officer and women football advocate for her legendary service in the development of football in Nigeria.

Kwara United GM Badawiy Banned for Two Years from Lagos Stadia

The Lagos State Football Association board has swiftly acted to address a blemish on the otherwise impeccable organization of the 2025 President Federation Cup finals, which took place last Saturday at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos. During the highly charged final match between Abakaliki FC and Kwara United, it was observed that the General Manager of the victorious Kwara United, Mr. Bashir Badawiy, violated the stringent security measures in place. He made reckless attempts to run and celebrate in front of the five state governors seated in the VVIP section of the stadium, thereby jeopardizing their safety as well as that of other prominent dignitaries and industry leaders present.
