NBSL: We have Motivated Our Players to get Super 4 Qualification, Prince Thompson Oladimeji.


Grand Patron of Kwara Beach Soccer Association Prince Thompson Oladimeji has hinted that the players of the Kwara beach soccer club have been well motivated for this 3rd round of the Nigeria Beach soccer league taking place at the Ahman Pategi University Patigi, Kwara state.

Speaking to Nthe BSL media team, Prince Oladimeji maintained that He had encouraged the players in word and the financial supports ahead of the crunch encounter against the Badagry Beach Soccer club this evening and only a win can help them achieve it.

“You saw me talking to them saw minutes and that is words of encouragement, they are very happy and I am sure at the end of the encounter, they will come out on tops”

The football administrator gave special thanks to Emir of Patigi, the Pro-Chancellor of the Ahman Patigi University Hon. Bahago Pategi, Kwara state Government who was represented by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Sports and Youth development Mrs. Iyabo Funke Banire for the backing in terms of Hosting and Organization of the  3rd round of the Nigeria Beach Soccer League.

Kwara United GM Badawiy Banned for Two Years from Lagos Stadia

The Lagos State Football Association board has swiftly acted to address a blemish on the otherwise impeccable organization of the 2025 President Federation Cup finals, which took place last Saturday at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos. During the highly charged final match between Abakaliki FC and Kwara United, it was observed that the General Manager of the victorious Kwara United, Mr. Bashir Badawiy, violated the stringent security measures in place. He made reckless attempts to run and celebrate in front of the five state governors seated in the VVIP section of the stadium, thereby jeopardizing their safety as well as that of other prominent dignitaries and industry leaders present.
